This year was not just another line in the report for VADA. It was a year of decisions, scale and bold steps. A year when plans no longer fit into the old framework, and real changes began to stand behind the numbers. It was about growth, responsibility, difficult decisions and large projects that shape the future of the industry.
When the team grows, so does responsibility
One of the most significant markers of the year was the doubling of the staff. It's not just about new jobs. It's about market confidence, about a workload that requires more hands, more minds, and more expertise. VADA has assembled a strong team of specialists ready to work on large projects and non-standard challenges. There is much more behind this figure than just new employees. These are new competencies, strong engineers, managers, installation teams and specialists who work every day to ensure that every company project is implemented without compromising on quality.
The team has grown along with the volume of work, and this balance has allowed the company to maintain its core values — attention to detail and an individual approach to each client.
New space for big ideas
Along with the growth of the team, VADA took a logical step forward — it moved to a larger office and opened a new warehouse. This is not just a change of address. It means new logistics, faster processes, better coordination, and even more opportunities for development. The space began to work for results just as much as the people did.
Projects that speak louder than words
In 2025, VADA implemented a number of powerful projects in the field of poultry farming, each with its own character, scale and technical features. Each is unique in its own way, but they all have one thing in common: high standards of quality and scale.
Karidia LLC
Five 102×18 m poultry houses for broilers with floor-type housing. Complete installation, precise engineering and well-thought-out implementation — a project in which every detail was important, from the first bolt to the final launch. This is a project where not only the geometry of the premises is important, but also the accuracy of engineering solutions, ventilation, microclimate and the overall logic of the complex's operation.
Smart Aerosservice LLC
A modern poultry complex for 17,136 Cobb/Ross broilers. Poultry houses measuring 66.5×17.5, floor rearing. Here, VADA worked with precision, where it is not just a matter of metres, but of the efficiency of every square metre of space.
LAC LLC
Five large poultry houses measuring 120×21 m, Cobb broilers, floor rearing.
Total capacity — about 60,000 birds. This is already an industrial scale, where the key factors are equipment reliability, clear team coordination, and uninterrupted supply of all components. A large-scale project that required synchronised teamwork, logistics, and uninterrupted equipment supply.
Krupets LLC
A separate and very interesting area is laying hens, aviary-type housing. The project is designed for up to 240,000 birds, which is a completely different level of space organisation, biosafety and technological solutions.
AgroLife LLC
Broilers, floor housing — a project in which VADA once again confirmed its expertise in classic but always demanding solutions for poultry farming.
Expansion of the product portfolio
This year, VADA has become even stronger as a solution provider. The product portfolio has been expanded with Altsest and ZVK Selo products, allowing the company to offer customers a wider choice, more comprehensive solutions and greater flexibility in the selection of equipment.
A conclusion that sets the direction
2025 has shown that VADA is a company that is not afraid of growth. It grows alongside its customers and the market, and often even one step ahead of it. A larger team, a new office, large-scale projects and an expanded product portfolio are not just achievements, but the foundation for an even more ambitious future.
In short, this year VADA did not count its steps — it counted its results.
