Description

AVVGngd-1 4x185 power aluminum cable EUROPAN CABLE. AVVGng – Power cable with aluminum conductors, polyvinyl chloride insulation and sheath, which does not support combustion with reduced smoke and gas emissions. Scope of application It is designed for transmission and distribution of electrical energy in stationary installations for a rated alternating voltage of 0.66; 1 kV frequency 50 Hz. It is used when laying in blocks, on specialized cable overpasses, can be used in industrial premises, in switchgear and lighting devices, as well as in ordinary residential premises as electrical wiring, widely used in summer cottage construction. It is not recommended to lay the cable in the ground, as it is devoid of armored protection, so it can only be laid with mechanical protection. A cable with the "ngd" index is most suitable for use in places with an increased probability of fire and where special fire protection measures are required to protect people. An additional property of the cable is non-flammability and low smoke emission when exposed to high temperatures. Design Conductive conductors are aluminum, single-wire or multi-wire (class 1, 2 of DSTU EN 60228). Insulation - polyvinyl chloride plastic. The outer shell is polyvinyl chloride plastic, which does not support combustion with reduced smoke and gas emissions. Operation The cable is designed for stationary operation at ambient temperatures from -50 to +50°C, relative humidity up to 98% at temperatures up to 35°C, including for laying outdoors. The cable can be laid without preheating at a temperature not lower than -15°C. The minimum bending radius during installation must be at least 10 times the outer diameter of the single core and 7.5 times the outer diameter of the stranded cable. The long-term permissible heating temperature of the cable cores during operation is 70°C and the maximum permissible temperature at short-circuit currents is 160°C. Permissible heating of the cable cores in emergency mode is not more than 80°C.
