Description

CELdek® 7090-15 evaporative cooling panel is used in systems where highly efficient cooling is required. They can be used for a variety of cooling purposes, but are particularly suitable for cooling livestock rooms and greenhouses where high air velocity is required. The Green stripe gasket consists of specially impregnated and corrugated sheets of cellulose paper with different angle of inclination of the corrugations, one steep (45 degrees) and one flat (15 degrees), which are fastened together. This unique design provides high evaporation efficiency while operating with a very low pressure drop. In addition, scale is reduced to a minimum, and water transfer does not occur due to the fact that the water is directed to the side of the air inlet. This is where most of the evaporation takes place. The process of impregnating the pulp paper provides a strong self-supporting product with high absorption that is protected from decomposition and rotting, thus increasing the service life. The manifold is a vital part of the complete system and should always be ordered in conjunction with CELdek® evaporative cooling panels. Located on top of the cooling panel, it ensures an even supply of water to the cooling panel and minimizes the risk of dry spots.
