Climber Conveyor belt with extreme inclination for transporting eggs at an angle of up to 60°
The LUBING Climber conveyor belt for steep slopes is made up of two outer round link chains connected by cross rods welded directly to them. This guarantees high performance.
In combination with the appropriate additional rods, the conveyor belt can be used to ascend or descend steep slopes with an inclination of up to 60° (only possible with additional rods). In the center of the belt, no supports or guide elements are required to separate or deflect the eggs.
Advantages of the Climber Conveyor
- slopes or inclines of up to 60°;
- Compatible with all Curve Conveyor elements;
- maximum functional reliability thanks to two chains with external direction;
- no need for central supports or guide elements: no interfering contours on the conveyor line;
- individual replaceable liners made of high quality plastic safely move eggs of any size from flat to inclined;
- In the inner radius of the bends, the egg is lifted with the help of fasteners, the special shape of which ensures careful handling.
All the elements are the same as those of the LUBING curved conveyor belt, but are designed specifically for companies that breed free-range sires or layers, where eggs are dirtier than in cages.
The system consists of standard parts of proven reliability, such as tows, bends, lifting/lowering elements, telescopic units for “lift” systems and intermediate tows for very long belts without any movement from one belt to another.
Extreme ascents or descents are developed over short distances. You can easily climb 1.73 m (67 inches) with only 1 m (39.5 inches) of length.
Individual requests will be considered separately to provide customized solutions.
