Compact Pump Unit type Exc 12-14 l/min - 70 bar - 3x400V - 50/60Hz The ExC pump unit contains an electric motor and a high pressure pump, a pressure regulator for limiting pressure, a pressure switch and pressure gauge for pressure monitoring, a thermal valve, a filter unit with 5 micron, 1 micron and a main valve and a control unit for controlling the system. The device is designed to be controlled using an external controller. The manual/0/auto switch can be used to switch between this automatic mode and manual continuous mode. The built-in bimetal relay can be reset using the blue reset button. A green illuminated button indicates readiness for operation when there are no faults. Built-in electronics control the pressure increase. If the pump runs for 20 seconds without a sufficient increase in pressure, or if the pressure drops for more than 3 seconds during operation, the device goes into emergency mode. In the event of a malfunction, the green LED goes out and the potential-free signal relay is disconnected.
