When drilling to a depth of more than 450 mm in the horizontal plane and especially the vertical plane in the downward direction, it is necessary to periodically make reverse movements along the incomplete withdrawal of the working tool from the hole in order to remove the accumulated slag in the hole. This will speed up the process of removing slag from the hole, and therefore increase the drilling productivity of the tool.
