Sensor emnisny DOL 44 RG 90-265 With divisions, adjusted sensitivity and damping. DOL 44 RG is a series of amniotic relay sensors designed to control the level of feed, mixed feed and grain in silos. The double relay sensor is used to determine the presence/absence of the product in tanks, silos and containers. A tightly activated relay allows you to directly control any function. Sensors of the DOL 44 RG series are reliable in operation and easy to operate. The red LED shows the state of the relay sensor. DOL 44 RG sensors can be easily mounted using an additional plastic bushing; a flange is also available for external mounting. In addition, the sensors are supplied with threads, which allows for a variety of mounting options. Maximum voltage ~ 250V. Взяли для контролю вуличного силосу. Обрали DOL 44RG, бо він повністю герметичний і не боїться обмерзання чи конденсату. Повна різьба М30 допомогла надійно закріпити його в металевому фланці. Працює в морози без глюків, зупиняє завантаження чітко по рівню. Свої гроші відпрацьовує.

Шукав варіант із потужним реле всередині, щоб увімкнути аварійну сирену на 220 вольт без додаткових реле. DOL 44RG з цим впорався ідеально. Налаштували затримку спрацювання на 5 секунд, щоб система не дьоргалася, коли окремі зерна пролітають повз сенсор. Надійна штука.

Замінили старий датчик на цей DOL 44RG на вузлі завантаження. Вибрали його, бо він не реагує на пилову завісу, яка стоїть у трубі, а бачить тільки реальний рівень зерна. Це позбавило нас від помилкових зупинок лінії. Світлова індикація яскрава, здалеку бачу статус роботи.

Обрали цю модель, бо вона працює прямо від 220 вольт. Не хотілося купувати окремі блоки живлення на 24 вольти, бо в щитку і так мало місця. Підключили кабель напряму до котушки пускача, схема вийшла максимально простою. Чутливість налаштували самі під наш комбікорм за хвилину.

Потрібен був датчик саме з повною різьбою на корпусі для кріплення у товсту пластикову стінку бункера. Модель 44RG дозволила виставити глибину занурення дуже точно і затиснути гайками, щоб не вібрував. Корпус міцний, при монтажі нічого не тріснуло, зерно бачить добре.
