Capacitive Feed Level Relay Sensor DOL 44RRG (20–280V AC/DC)
The DOL 44RRG is the most versatile intelligent level sensor in the lineup, capable of operating within an extremely wide voltage range from 20 to 280 volts (both AC and DC). This model is an industrial benchmark in poultry and livestock farming, ensuring reliable detection of grain, compound feed, and other bulk materials under the most challenging conditions. Its integrated multi-voltage power supply makes it compatible with both 24V automation and 220V power systems.
The device features a high-power integrated changeover relay (NO and NC), allowing the installer to select the desired system logic ("Start" or "Stop") directly on-site. The "RRG" model is equipped with two trimmers (2T) for independent adjustment of sensitivity and time delay, while its IP69K protection rating guarantees absolute durability against high-pressure hot water cleaning and harsh farm environments.
Mounting the DOL 44RRG is highly reliable thanks to its reinforced M30 threaded housing. The sensor is typically installed in a 30.5 mm diameter hole and secured with the heavy-duty plastic nuts included in the kit, ensuring a rigid fit that prevents displacement caused by auger vibration. It can also be integrated using sealing glands or external flanges, providing flexibility for both internal and external hopper placements.

Поставили на контроль рівня вологого зерна. Вибрали цю модель, бо вона надійно ізольована і не дає хибних спрацювань від конденсату вранці, що було проблемою з дешевими аналогами. Налаштували за пару хвилин за допомогою викрутки. Автоматика тепер працює як годинник, бункер не переповнюється.

Купили для автоматизації шнека подачі. Важливо було мати саме сухий контакт реле, щоб розв'язати силову частину і систему контролю. Датчик з цим впорався. Повна різьба по всьому корпусу дозволила дуже точно виставити потрібну глибину занурення в трубу. Працює без збоїв уже кілька місяців.

Використовуємо на лінії перевалки пелет. Обрали DOL 44RRG через стабільність — він не реагує на кожну порошинку в повітрі, а фіксує саме об’єм продукту. Світлодіод на задній частині яскравий, відразу видно статус лінії навіть здалеку. Налаштували чутливість один раз під нашу гранулу.

Взяли для контролю завантаження бункера. Сподобалося, що корпус з повною різьбою — затиснули гайками в металевій стінці силосу і він стоїть мертво, не вібрує. Зерно бачить добре, навіть коли стінки вкриті невеликим шаром пилу. Хороша робоча штука.
