Facco is known worldwide as a manufacturer of modern poultry equipment. Its philosophy is that quality can only be guaranteed through highly developed and efficient production processes. Facco has been investing in the realization of this goal for many years, and today it is the most progressive and environmentally friendly manufacturer in the industry.
The cooperation between Facco and VADA began a long time ago. The result of this synergy is hundreds of implemented projects in Ukraine using Italian Facco equipment, which has won the trust of domestic poultry producers. And it's not just about buying somewhere and selling here, but knowing what exactly to offer to a farmer client, choosing the right model of equipment for specific requirements and needs, adapting it to each order, installing it correctly at the poultry complex, training staff to use it correctly, servicing it in the future, etc. That is why VADA engineers are constantly undergoing training at the production site in Italy, communicating with colleagues, mastering new knowledge and skills, which they then apply to Ukrainian farms to be even more effective.
In February, our company's engineers had the opportunity to visit the Facco plant. During three intensive days of training, they immersed themselves in the details of production processes, gained invaluable experience and learned about the latest innovations in the industry.
The Italian specialists not only answered all the questions of their Ukrainian colleagues, but also shared their expert vision of how to optimize the operation of the equipment. They provided detailed recommendations on certain aspects of production, demonstrated the latest technological solutions in action, explained the principles of operation and maintenance of equipment, and taught the correct installation.
This trip was extremely useful for our engineers, as they were able to gain practical experience and a deeper understanding of technological processes, which will allow them to implement modern solutions in their work even more effectively.
