KOOZII group nests provide the maximum level of comfort and care for the bird. Thanks to the spacious boxes and oxygen saturation of KOOZII nests, the parent flock and the laying hen easily adapt to them, which has a positive effect on the comfort of the birds in the nest. The AstroTurf perforated lining system creates optimal air circulation in the nest, thanks to which the bird feels in an environment as close to natural as possible. To avoid injuries, the entrance to the nest is equipped with special wooden protectors, the design of which also prevents the accumulation of manure near the front edge of the nest, leaving the bird's limbs clean. KOOZII protectors are specially processed and rounded. Egg collection is performed automatically and does not cause inconvenience to the bird. Collection can be done in two ways, using the sliding back part for the parent flock and for laying hens, as well as using the sloping floor for laying hens only. Light indicator informs in which position the nests are open/closed when moving for collection. No egg fighting. Thanks to AstroTurf perforated pads, fighting and contamination of eggs is completely eliminated! The nest uses a perforated egg collection belt, the perforation cells prevent the eggs from rotating and contacting each other, which can lead to their rolling and fighting. The transition between the belt and the conveyor or assembly table protects against microcracks and removes possible dirt, manure or feathers.
