Eaton has introduced updated products to the power equipment market. In particular, the company announced a series of NZM 4 power circuit breakers with enhanced monitoring capabilities and integration into building automation systems and industrial facilities. The new models support Modbus TCP and PROFINET, which allows them to be integrated into modern digital control networks.
In addition, Eaton has expanded its line of modular surge protection devices. The new SPCT2 series products are designed to provide protection against lightning and switching surges in low-voltage networks. The manufacturer claims increased resistance to short-term surges and an extended service life of the devices.
A new modification of the 93PM G2 uninterruptible power supply systems for commercial and industrial facilities has also been introduced. The units are equipped with the ability to operate in the Energy Saver System (ESS) energy-saving mode, which allows you to reduce electricity consumption by up to 99% under standard operating conditions. The kit includes a built-in energy consumption monitoring and remote control module.
These updates are targeted at the industrial automation, commercial real estate, and energy infrastructure segments, where power supply stability, equipment protection, and the ability to integrate into modern digital control systems are important.
