Description
TU6-22/30 rack and pinion actuators with a corresponding sheet steel rack are maintenance-free actuators for the operation of vents and vents, etc. These rails are built into a galvanized sheet steel housing and feature a hardened gear, plastic pipe bearings, and plastic guide rollers. TU6-22/30 rack and pinion gears can be mounted on 1" tubular shafts (diameter 33.7 mm, minimum wall thickness 2.5 mm). Here, the gear is mounted on the tubular drive shaft with two set screws (tightening torque 8 Nm) The TU6-22/30 rack and pinion drive can be used with Ridder sheet steel racks with a height of 22 mm (TU6-22) and 30 mm (TU6-30).
