Description
The spiral/auger/spring (line) broiler is used in the Roxell longitudinal (line) feeding system. When keeping an industrial herd of broilers, longitudinal or so-called end feed distribution lines are used, when the feed is transported in the feeder with the help of an auger (spiral) that scrolls. Feed is supplied from one side of the feed line, the electric drive is on the opposite side. Usually, 4-5 such feed distribution lines are installed in the premises in combination with 5-6 nipple or cup-type feeding lines. Feed enters the premises from an external storage bunker for concentrated feed, the capacity of which is calculated based on a three-day supply of feed. The fodder is fed by means of a screw conveyor with an electric drive and enters the intermediate hundred-kilogram hoppers, which are a buffer between the hopper and the fodder distribution lines.Benefits and warranty
