The Roxell CA18CLN12TC1547‑3 sensor detects the presence or level of bulk materials, feed or other objects without direct contact — simply when they come within a few millimetres. It helps automate the feeding or stopping of materials in hoppers, feeders or silos, preventing both overfilling and shortages. The sensor operates at a voltage of 20–250 V AC, with a response distance of up to 12 mm, and withstands temperatures ranging from approximately –25 °C to +80 °C.
