The DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CA-PNP-2-0T (5M) capacitive sensor is a specialized model for remote installation. It differs from standard models by having a continuous 5-meter cable and no adjustments (0T). It features an M18 threaded housing for secure fixing.
The sensor operates on DC power (PNP, 10-30V) and is factory-calibrated for optimal detection of dry feed. It uses NC (Break) logic — the contact opens when the hopper is full, sending a "Stop" signal to the controller without the need for on-site calibration.

Installation of DOL 26 with Long Cable
- Routing: Use the advantage of the 5-meter cable to run the line in one piece through conduits directly to the controller.

У нас специфічне обладнання з глибокими шахтами, і стандартні датчики доводилося постійно нарощувати. Це слабке місце, бо скрутки окислюються. Вирішили переплатити трохи за заводський довгий кабель 5 метрів і забути про цю проблему. Тепер сигнал іде чистий, без втрат, і обслуговувати лінію стало простіше.

Цей датчик у нас працює як аварійний кінцевик. Якщо основна автоматика відмовить і шнек не зупиниться, цей датчик має миттєво вирубати живлення (функція 0T), щоб не розірвало трубу. Тут кожна секунда важлива, тому моделі з таймерами ми навіть не розглядали. Тільки миттєва реакція.

Монтували датчики під самою стелею на завантаженні бункерів. Стандартного кабелю 2 метри ніколи не вистачає, щоб спустити його вниз до зручного місця обслуговування. Щоб не паяти дріт на висоті, одразу замовили версію 5M. Це дуже спростило монтаж і зекономило час бригаді.

Купили цю модель для підключення до центрального комп'ютера клімат-контролю. Оскільки сам комп'ютер керує всіма таймерами і паузами, нам потрібен був "швидкий" датчик без власних затримок, щоб не було конфлікту логіки. PNP сигнал підійшов до нашого контролера без додаткових реле.
