The DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CA-SCR-B-1T capacitive sensor is a balanced model offering a "middle ground" in settings. It features a reliable M18 threaded housing and is equipped with one adjustment trimmer (1T). This trimmer is responsible for setting the sensitivity (Sens), allowing the device to adapt to different feed types, while the Time Delay parameter is fixed at the factory.
The sensor operates on universal 20–280 V (SCR) voltage and has Break (NC) logic — opening the contact when full. This is the optimal choice for systems where the raw material type may change, but the line stop logic must remain standard.
Advantages of the DOL 26 model with single setting (1T)
- Adaptability to Material. The presence of the "Sens" regulator allows you to use this sensor for both heavy grain and light husks or flour, simply by turning the screw.
- Protection against Timer Errors. Since the delay time is fixed, the operator cannot mistakenly set a time that is too short (causing motor stuttering) or too long.
- Secure Fixing (M18). The threaded body allows the sensor to be rigidly secured with nuts, preventing displacement from auger vibration.

Для мене вирішальним фактором стала логіка роботи B (нормально замкнений). Це питання безпеки: якщо кабель випадково переб'ють миші або техніка, ланцюг розірветься і шнек стане. Якби взяли іншу модель, шнек би крутив без зупинки і наробив біди. Тому тільки ця модифікація.

Зупинилися на цьому варіанті через надійність в умовах поганої напруги. У селі в мережі буває і 180, і 250 вольт. Електроніка на 24В постійно глючила, блоки живлення горіли. Цей датчик підключений напряму в 220В, йому ці перепади не страшні, працює як "танк".

Взяли цю модель для маленького проміжного бункера. Там мало місця, і великий датчик постійно забивався брудом, бо стирчав надто сильно всередину. Цей М18 компактний, акуратний, не заважає потоку корму. Працює стабільно, червоний індикатор добре видно навіть у темряві.

У нас стара система проводки, до датчиків підходить тільки два жильних дроти (фаза розривається). Сучасні датчики вимагають три або чотири дроти, і нам вони не підходили. Ця SCR версія стала єдиним порятунком — підключили на існуючі два дроти замість старого механічного вимикача, і все запрацювало без заміни кабелів по всій фермі.

Вибрали модель із таймером 1T, щоб вберегти пускачі. Раніше стояв миттєвий датчик, і коли корм сипався нерівномірно, реле клацало як кулемет. Тут є невелика затримка, яка згладжує ці ривки. Двигун тепер працює рівніше, і контакти не підгорають.
