Intelligent capacitive sensor iDOL 46R (20–280V AC/DC)
iDOL 46R is a specialized intelligent level sensor in a reinforced M30 housing, certified for operation in potentially explosive dust environments (zones 20 and 21). This model is indispensable for elevators, mills and large feed warehouses, where dust concentration creates an explosion risk. Thanks to the universal power supply, the device operates stably in networks from 20 to 280 volts (AC/DC), ensuring error-free detection of grain and bulk materials.
The main technological advantage of the iDOL series is the built-in NFC interface, which allows wireless parameter adjustment via a smartphone using the SmartAdjust application. This makes it possible to change the sensitivity, set a time delay or activate the MaxRunTimer function without opening the housing, which is critical for maintaining the tightness of the device in explosive areas. The sensor housing is made of high-strength plastic that can withstand a shock load of 7 Joules.
Installation
The iDOL 46R sensor is mounted in a reinforced M30 threaded housing, which guarantees reliable mechanical fixation. The device is installed in a hole with a diameter of 30.5 mm and is tightened with massive plastic nuts, which eliminates its displacement from the vibration of the screw lines. The design allows installation both directly into the bunker wall and through special hermetic seals or flanges for external installation. The universal relay output makes it possible to implement any operating logic ("Start" or "Stop") without changing the electrical power circuit.
