Description
SIP-3 is a self-supporting wire, insulated for overhead power lines. Scope of application Designed for overhead power lines with a rated voltage of 20 kV (for networks with a voltage of 10, 15 and 20) kV with a rated frequency of 50 Hz. Design Conductive conductors are twisted from round wires made of aluminum alloy (Table A.2 of DSTU 4743:2007). Cross-linked polyethylene insulation that does not spread combustion. Operation The wire is designed for operation at ambient temperatures from -60°C to +50°C. Laying without preheating is carried out at a temperature not lower than -20°C. The bending radius during installation and the wire installed on the supports must be at least 10 times the outer diameter. The permissible heating temperature of the wire cores during operation is not more than 90°C in normal operation and 250°C in case of a short circuit.Benefits and warranty
