Recently, the VADA team took part in a Cage Free technical tour organized by the Vencomatic Group in the Netherlands. This event was dedicated to the topic of keeping chickens in free-range systems, a direction that is actively developing in Europe and gradually gaining popularity in Ukraine.
The tour program was extremely busy and included:
- visits to modern poultry farms equipped to the latest industry standards;
- introduction to new models of cage-free poultry housing systems;
- direct communication with leading technologists, engineers, and farmers who work with these solutions on a daily basis;
- exchange of experience on flock management in free-range conditions, microclimate characteristics, feeding, bird behavior, and work process organization;
- presentations of innovative developments by Vencomatic Group designed to simplify husbandry and increase farm efficiency.
This trip was yet another confirmation of how important it is to constantly develop and adopt best practices from partners who set trends in the global poultry industry. For VADA, participating in such events is not only an opportunity to gain new knowledge, but also to strengthen its own expertise in order to share relevant solutions and technologies with its customers.
