The International Livestock Exhibition EuroTier 2024 opened in Hanover

On November 12-15, 2024, the German Agricultural Society (DLG) will hold the International Livestock Fair EuroTier 2024 in Hanover, which will showcase innovative approaches and strategies that can be used to improve the efficiency, sustainability and ethical standards of livestock production.

Sections of the exhibition:

• breeding animals;
• breeding programs and reproductive equipment;
• feed and other inputs;
• feed storage and production;
• construction of livestock and auxiliary facilities;
• equipment for keeping and feeding animals;
• equipment for maintaining microclimate, energy saving and environmental protection;
• equipment for milking and cooling;
• machinery for animal waste management;
• vehicles and services;
• processing and sales;
• devices and tools, related products, spare parts and components;
• management and consulting;
• bioenergy and decentralized energy supply.

As for livestock, it is planned to consider such topical issues as genetics, tail-free pig production, artificial intelligence in poultry farming, farming, robotization, and solar energy. EuroTier 2024 will also feature specialized presentations on cattle, pigs, poultry, indoor farming and energy decentralization.
