Ultrasonic cleaning controller with one transducer Lubing (7851) To meet the increasing demands on animal welfare and hygiene, LUBING automatic flushing systems can be equipped from the outset with UltraFlush ultrasonic cleaning technology. UltraFlush is so effective at removing particles that it should only be installed in conjunction with a flushing system and only in a new installation: without a flushing system or in existing systems, there is a risk of clogging and damage to components due to loosened deposits. The UltraFlush ultrasonic cleaning system can be easily integrated into newly built drinking lines as an additional unit. The ultrasonic transducer is installed downstream of the water line directly on the water line and has its own electronic control system. An automatic flushing system ensures that all loosened particles and contaminants can be flushed out of the system. The mechanical impulses do not affect the water additives - the system only loosens and prevents deposits in the drinking line. This makes it completely safe for water additives such as vaccines or medications, and can be used from the arrival of the chick or bird to the end.
