VADA engineers “improved” their skills at seminars together with Vencomatic

Recently, the VADA engineering team took part in a series of practical training sessions with their partner company Vencomatic. The event was full of lively discussions, practical demonstrations and real cases that specialists encounter on farms and poultry farms.

Vencomatic Group Regional Business Development Manager Tetyana Alifanova spoke about modern approaches to microclimate, in particular, about effective air recovery, which helps maintain optimal temperature and humidity in premises, even during the change of seasons.

The participants also got acquainted with Van Gent nests, which combine comfort for birds with increased productivity of laying hens, and with Prinzone packaging systems, which simplify storage and transportation of products.

The seminars were not limited to the lecture part - the engineers actively discussed practical examples, compared different approaches and looked for optimal solutions for real farms. “We received not only new knowledge about technologies, but also useful advice on integrating these solutions into our projects. Such meetings are very helpful in working with clients,” shared one of the seminar participants.
