The DOL 43R 90-250V AC motion sensor is a high-performance device designed to monitor the flow of grain, feed, and other bulk materials. Купив для контролю подачі муки. Вона часто налипає "мостом". Звичайний ємнісний датчик думає, що труба повна, а насправді подачі немає. Цей реагує тільки на динаміку. Якщо маса стоїть на місці — він зупиняє лінію і вмикає аварійну лампу. Дуже виручає.

Потрібен був надійний контроль обертання валу на норії. Встановили цей датчик біля крильчатки валу. Він реагує на проходження металевих лопатей. Якщо вал клинить — датчик розмикає ланцюг живлення. Обрали версію 90-250V, щоб не тягнути слабкострумові дроти на висоту.

Використовуємо на лінії подачі гранул. Датчик налаштували на вимкнення з затримкою: якщо протягом 10 секунд немає руху гранул повз сенсор, він зупиняє мотор. Це береже редуктор від зносу вхолосту. Живлення від розетки — великий плюс для нас.

Основна причина покупки — проблема з "зависанням" корму в бункері. Шнек вибирав середину і крутив повітря, а датчики рівня показували, що бункер повний. DOL 43R бачить, що потік зупинився, і дає сигнал на вібратор, щоб струсити корм. Працює стабільно при скачках напруги.
