DOL 44R - 30 mm amniotic sensor, relay, IP69K DOL 44R - chain line of 30 mm amniotic sensors with relay output. The sensors are renowned for their reliability and ease of use. The adjustment can be easily changed with the help of two trimers and a slight twist. DOL 44R (RG) is highly resistant to noise from electrical installations (for example, mobile phones) and pulse transients (for example, electric motors and starters). У нас на складі часто дуже холодно і випадає конденсат. Звичайні датчики замикало від вологості, а цей працює без збоїв. Вибрали DOL 44R як самий "дубовий" і надійний варіант для неопалюваних приміщень. Свої гроші відпрацьовує на всі сто.

Замінив цим датчиком стару механічну заслінку в силосі. Вибрав саме 44-ту серію, бо вона компактна і легко кріпиться через стінку. Релейний вихід дозволив просто врізатися в існуючий ланцюг керування шнеком без переробки всієї шафи.

Простота налаштування — великий плюс, достатньо мінімальних знань, щоб адаптувати чутливість під свої умови. Окремо хочеться відзначити високий рівень захисту IP69K — жодних проблем після миття обладнання. Рекомендую всім, хто шукає якісний і довговічний датчик для агросектору.

Використовуємо на птахофермі. Обрали DOL 44R, бо він повністю герметичний. Коли робимо дезінфекцію і миємо все водою під тиском, датчик не знімаємо — він витримує будь-яку вологу. Працює прямо від розетки, ніяких блоків живлення не докуповували.

Шукали датчик, який не боїться пилу на млині. DOL 44R вибрали за його інтелектуальну систему: він ігнорує шар борошна, що налипає на сам корпус, і спрацьовує тільки коли зерно реально доходить до рівня. Це позбавило нас від постійних зупинок для протирання сенсора.
