Capacitive Feed Level Sensor DOL 26 (CA-P-M18-NF-CA-SCR-B-2T)
The DOL 26 is a compact and highly reliable capacitive sensor in an M18 cylindrical housing. The SCR Break (NC) version is designed for direct control of contactors or relays in AC networks. Due to its small dimensions, it is ideal for installation in tight spaces, such as inside feeders.
The Break (Normally Closed) logic means the circuit opens when feed touches the sensor. This ensures an automatic stop of the supply when the container is full.

Ми обрали цей варіант для невеликої птахофабрики. Потрібен був компактний сенсор, який не боїться пилу. DOL 26 справляється чудово. Світлова індикація яскрава, здалеку видно, коли лінія наповнена. Налаштовували самі за допомогою викрутки, все зрозуміло і без складних інструкцій.

Шукали заміну старому датчику в обмеженому просторі. DOL 26 М18 підійшов ідеально. Подобається, що він двопровідний — не треба було тягнути нову проводку по всьому цеху. Виставили затримку вимкнення на 10 секунд, тепер система працює плавно і без зайвого шуму.

Взяв цю модель для контролю рівня висівок. Висівки дуже легкі, але голівка NF (не врівень) їх "чіпляє" моментально. Корпус міцний, гайки затягнув добре, нічого не тріснуло. Працює безпосередньо з пускачем на 220В, схема вийшла максимально простою та надійною.

Для мене була критичною логіка "B" (нормально замкнутий). Це безпечно: якщо дріт десь переб’ють або зникне живлення на датчику, лінія сама зупиниться і не буде завалу. Користуюся на завантаженні бункера, за пів року жодних глюків не було навіть при сильних морозах.

Ми купили саме цю модель через виступаючу голівку (NF). Вона краще реагує на легке борошно, яке часто налипає. Таймер на два оберти дозволив дуже точно виставити затримку, щоб шнек не смикався кожну секунду. Напруга 220В підключилася без блоків живлення, що дуже спростило монтаж.
