What is the capacitive DOL 26 CA-P-Ø18-NF-CA-SCR-M-2T (Make) Sensor?
The capacitive sensor DOL 26 CA-P-Ø18-NF-CA-SCR-M-2T is a specialized version with a smooth housing (Ø18 mm) operating with Make logic (NO / Normally Open). Unlike standard sensors that stop the line, this model closes the electrical contact when it detects feed.
Due to the absence of threads, the sensor is easily mounted in clips and glands, ensuring a high level of hygiene. Universal SCR power supply (20-280V) and the presence of two trimmers (2T) make it an ideal tool for level signaling tasks or starting auxiliary mechanisms.
Benefits of the Smooth Model with Make Logic
- Active Signaling. The sensor is perfect for activating light indicators, sirens, or starting augers at the moment the hopper fills up.
- Hygienic Ø18 Housing. The smooth surface without threads does not accumulate dirt and is easy to clean, which is critical for "clean" zones in poultry farms.
- Precise Adjustment (2T). The ability to adjust the time delay prevents signal "flickering" if the feed level fluctuates, while sensitivity adjustment adapts the sensor to different mixtures.
- Quick Installation. Easily inserts into rubber grommets and adjusts for immersion depth without using wrenches.
Where DOL 26 SCR-M-2T is Applied
This model is used for specific scenarios:
- Back-pressure Sensors (Safety). Installed in places of potential feed blockage. Upon activation (Make), they trigger an alarm signal.
- Cascading Start. When filling an intermediate hopper triggers a command to start the next mechanism.
- Systems with Threadless Mounting. Where standard M18 sensors cannot be installed or would damage seals.

- Mounting: Insert the smooth housing into the mount. Ensure it is securely fixed with a clamp or clip.
- Connection: In series with the load. Note: no current flows when the hopper is empty.

Купували для світлової індикації на пульті оператора. Потрібно було, щоб червона лампочка загорялася тільки тоді, коли змішувач повний. Ця модель "M" ідеально підійшла: поки пусто — темно, як тільки наповнилося — контакт замкнувся і лампа світить. Просто і надійно.

Встановили цей датчик на стінку бункера, де часто зависає корм. Він налаштований так: коли зерно перестає рухатися і налипає на стінку (закриває датчик), вмикається електричний вібратор, щоб збити затор. SCR вихід дозволив підключити вібратор напряму до мережі 220В.

У нас на фермі стоїть саморобна система зволоження корму. Датчик вмикає форсунку тільки тоді, коли в трубі реально є комбікорм. Для цього потрібна була саме схема "нормально розімкнений" (NO). Працює чудово: є корм — вода йде, немає корму — клапан закритий.

Використовуємо цю модель для каскадного запуску ліній. Коли проміжний хопер наповнюється, датчик спрацьовує і подає живлення на мотор наступного шнека, щоб забирав зерно далі. Тут важлива саме затримка часу (2T), щоб двигун не вмикався від першої ж жмені корму, а чекав стабільного потоку.
