DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CA-SCR-B-0T Threaded Fixed Sensor
The capacitive sensor DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CA-SCR-B-0T is the industry standard for reliability in automated feed distribution systems. The model features a threaded M18 housing for rigid fixation to equipment and comes with fixed factory settings (0T) that require no calibration.
The sensor is designed to operate on AC and DC networks (SCR 20–280 V) with Break (NC) logic. It automatically opens the electrical circuit when the feed level reaches the sensitive zone, ensuring timely stopping of the auger or conveyor.
Advantages of the M18 Model without Settings
- Unshakable Fixation. Full-length threads allow securing the sensor with two locknuts. This is the only reliable mounting method in high-vibration zones where smooth sensors might slip out.

Installation of DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CA-SCR-B-0T
- Mechanical Part: Insert the sensor into an 18.5 mm hole. Securely tighten the plastic nuts on both sides of the wall. Ensure the sensor head protrudes into the hopper by at least 10 mm.
- Electrical Part: Two-wire connection, in series with the load. The sensor works as a break contact.
- Check: Apply power. Without feed, the equipment should run. Cover the sensor with your hand — it should stop.

Займаємося фасуванням преміксів у невеликі пакети. Тут важлива точність ваги. Датчик стоїть на відсікання потоку. Модель із таймером давала б похибку в вазі, бо поки він "думає", сиплеться зайвий порошок. Цей 0T перекриває подачу чітко в момент спрацювання. Для точного дозування незамінна річ.

Використовуємо цей датчик як аварійний запобіжник на транспортері. Якщо виникає затор, він має розірвати ланцюг живлення моментально. Секунда затримки — і зріже шпонку на редукторі. Тому тільки 0T і тільки надійна схема розмикання (B). Розмір М18 дозволив сховати його в конструкцію рами, щоб не стирчав.

Встановили на автоматичну годівницю для поросят. Там труби подачі вузькі, пластикові. Стандартний датчик на 30 мм туди важко врізати, він розколює пластик. А цей М18 стає акуратно. Обрали версію без таймера, щоб шнек вимикався відразу, як тільки корм доходить до отвору, і не трамбував суміш у трубі.

Цей датчик працює в парі з частотним перетворювачем. "Частотник" сам керує плавним пуском і зупинкою мотора, тому йому від датчика потрібен тільки сухий сигнал "є корм/немає корму" в реальному часі. Будь-яка вбудована затримка в датчику тільки заважала б налаштуванням частотника. Тому взяли цю "швидку" модель.
