The capacitive sensor DOL 26 CA-P-Ø18-NF-PL-PNP-2-1T is a high-tech model designed for maximum mobility and ease of maintenance. Its key feature is the integrated M12 Plug (PL) instead of a standard cable. This allows for connecting and disconnecting the sensor in seconds without using any tools.

Ми обрали цей варіант, щоб уникнути проблеми "прикипання" пластикових гайок. У цеху агресивне середовище, і на звичайних датчиках гайки часто неможливо відкрутити при заміні. Гладкий корпус кріпиться металевим фланцем, який завжди легко зняти. Це суто практичне рішення для спрощення обслуговування.

Відновлювали стару голландську лінію сортування яєць. Там заводські отвори розраховані суто під гладкий 18-мм шток із фіксацією гвинтом збоку. Різьбовий датчик туди просто не лізе по допусках. Цей DOL 26 PL став як рідний, працює з їхньою автоматикою по протоколу PNP без проблем.

У нас на лінії стоять пластикові кліпси-фіксатори для датчиків діаметром 18 мм. Різьбові моделі дряпають ці кріплення і з часом вони ламаються. Тому ми купуємо тільки версію PL з гладким корпусом. Вона легко заклацується, надійно тримається і не псує посадкове місце.

Вибрали цю модель через зручність регулювання глибини занурення. У нас стоять затискні кріплення (хомути). З цим гладким датчиком змінити висоту можна за секунду: просто попустив хомут, посунув і затиснув. Не треба крутити гайки по різьбі пів години, як на стандартних моделях. Дуже економить час операторам.
