The DOL 27 sensor is a 30 mm capacitive proximity sensor designed to detect loose and solid materials. The DOL 27 and iDOL 27 sensors are available in SCR, PNP and NPN output versions. The sensors are suitable for use with contactors, relays, PLCs, etc. in the agricultural and industrial sectors, in particular in enterprises for grain level measurement and effective feed level control in poultry houses, pig houses, and cowsheds. SCR output versions are available in 2-wire versions, as well as PNP and NPN in 4-wire versions. Capacitive Sensor DOL 27 CA-P-M30-F-CA-SCR-B-2T
The capacitive sensor DOL 27 CA-P-M30-F-CA-SCR-B-2T is a specialized modification of the 30mm sensor for Flush mounting. Unlike standard models, the active head of this sensor does not protrude beyond the threaded housing. This design significantly reduces the risk of mechanical damage to the sensor by heavy feed flow or moving parts.
The model operates on universal SCR 20–280 V (AC/DC) voltage with Break (NC) logic — stopping the line when full. The presence of two trimmers (2T) allows for precise calibration, and the "Flush" housing type focuses the sensing zone strictly forward.
Key Differences of the Flush (F) Design
- Mechanical Protection. Since the sensor has no protruding parts, it cannot be accidentally knocked off by grain flow. Ideal for narrow spaces.
- Directed Sensitivity. The design shields the sensor from the sides, so it reacts less to feed buildup on the mounting pipe walls.
- SCR Versatility. Support for a wide voltage range (AC/DC) allows using the sensor in any system.

Купили цю модель для шнека з дуже малим зазором між витком і трубою. Ризикувати звичайним датчиком не хотіли — якщо шнек трохи "гульне", він розмолотить пластик і осколки підуть птиці в їжу. Втоплений DOL 27 повністю безпечний: він фізично знаходиться поза зоною обертання шнека. Спокій дорожчий за гроші.

Використовуємо на лінії вологої мішанки. Проблема старих датчиків була в тому, що корм налипав на виступаючу частину і засихав "грибом". Цей датчик плаский, "заподліцо" зі стінкою. Потік корму сам його чистить, проходячи повз. Бруду просто ніде зачепитися. Геніальне рішення для в'язких продуктів.

Шукав розмір М30, бо різьба на фланці була розбита. Цей датчик масивний, гайка широка, закрила всі щілини. Але головне — це таймер і логіка зупинки (B). Коли шнек набиває повну трубу, датчик спрацьовує чітко, незважаючи на те, що він не занурений в корм, а просто торкається його поверхнею. Чутливість чудова.

У нас дуже абразивний корм (подрібнена кукурудза), і потік зерна швидко "з'їдав" пластикові ковпачки на звичайних датчиках, що стирчали в трубі. Цей DOL 27 ми сховали в муфту так, що його робоча поверхня йде в рівень з трубою. Тепер зерно пролітає повз, не б'ючи по датчику. Служить вже втричі довше за попередні.

Встановили цей датчик у металевий бункер. Звичайні датчики (NF) у нас постійно "фонили" — реагували на метал самого отвору, в який були вкручені. Ця модель екранована (втоплена), вона бачить тільки те, що спереду, і ігнорує металеві стінки довкола різьби. Працює стабільно, хибних спрацювань на корпус немає.
