The DOL 26 CA-P-Ø18-NF-CA-SCR-B-2T capacitive sensor is a professional model that combines the mounting convenience of a smooth housing with full setting functionality. The 18 mm diameter threadless housing (Ø18) allows for installation via sealing grommets or clamps, ensuring tightness and easy sanitary cleaning.
Unlike simplified versions, this model features two trimmers (2T), allowing for precise adjustment of sensitivity and delay time. Combined with Break (NC) logic and universal SCR power supply, this is the best solution for systems requiring adjustment flexibility with threadless mounting.

Раніше стояли датчики іншого бренду, які постійно реагували на конденсат вранці. Доводилося ходити протирати. Цей DOL 26 обрали за відгуками про стабільність. Дійсно, він якось компенсує вологість на поверхні й спрацьовує суто на об'єм продукту всередині труби. Для неопалюваного складу це критично.

Цей датчик підходить скрізь: різьба М18 стає у всі стандартні гнізда, а налаштування чутливості дозволяє використовувати його і на зерні, і на муці. Взяли ящик таких, щоб не плутатися в моделях.

Працюємо в селі, де напруга в мережі гуляє від 190 до 250 вольт. Імпульсні блоки живлення для DC-датчиків постійно горіли. Перейшли на ці AC-датчики з тиристорним виходом (SCR). Вони набагато "дубовіші" в плані витривалості до перепадів напруги, працюють напряму від змінного струму стабільно.

Утримуємо індиків, вони їдять агресивно і часто б'ють дзьобами по контрольному вузлу. Взяли цей датчик, бо в ньому таймер затримки "зашитий" всередину. Це дозволяє ігнорувати хибні коливання корму, коли птиця довбає годівницю. Двигун вмикається тільки тоді, коли корму реально немає вже певний час.
