Capacitive Sensor DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CR-SCR-M-2T with Make Logic
The capacitive sensor DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CR-SCR-M-2T is a specialized model for aggressive operating conditions, working with Make (NO / Normally Open) logic. The main feature of the device is the housing made of chemically resistant plastic (CR) with M18 thread, which withstands the effects of acids, alkalis, and disinfectants while maintaining the possibility of rigid mounting with nuts.
Unlike standard Stop (Break) sensors, this model closes the electrical circuit when feed is detected. This makes it indispensable for active alarm systems, starting cascade lines, or controlling dosers in sanitary zones.
Advantages of the CR Model with Start Function
- Maximum Protection (CR). The housing material does not react with aggressive chemicals. This guarantees a long service life in pig farms with liquid feeding or in facilities with daily foam washing.
- Make Logic (NO). Allows implementing "Start on Level" or "Overflow Alarm" scenarios using a reliable 2-wire SCR interface.
- Secure Mounting (M18). Unlike smooth sensors, this sensor is fixed with nuts. This is critical in zones where pressurized water flow can displace a sensor in a clip.
- Full Adjustment (2T). Sensitivity and time trimmers allow filtering out false triggers from splashes or wet mass accumulation.

Installation of DOL 26 CR-SCR-M-2T Sensor
- Fixing: Install the sensor in the M18 hole and tighten the nuts. Ensure the chemically resistant shell is not mechanically damaged.
- Connection: In series with the load. Remember: while there is no feed, the circuit is open.
- Adjustment: Adjust "Sens" so the sensor reacts to the material, and "Time" so the signal is stable.

Потрібен був датчик для запуску другої лінії конвеєра. Логіка роботи тут специфічна: перша лінія наповнює бункер, датчик спрацьовує (замикає контакт) і запускає другу лінію. Обрали CR версію, бо цех вологий і проводиться газація, яку звичайна електроніка не переживає.

Дуже довго шукав модель саме з такими параметрами: маленький діаметр 18 мм, щоб вліз у кришку, і стійкість до агресивної мийки хлором. Цей варіант безальтернативний. Таймер працює чітко, не дає системі "блимати", якщо рівень рідини коливається.

Цей датчик керує у нас насосом перекачки відходів. Середовище там дуже їдке (аміак), тому потрібен був спецзахист корпусу. Логіку вибрали "нормально розімкнену" (M), щоб насос вмикався тільки тоді, коли ємність наповниться до рівня датчика. Працює надійно.
