What is the DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CR-SCR-P-2T (CR Programmable) Sensor
The capacitive sensor DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CR-SCR-P-2T is the most technologically advanced model in the lineup. It combines a Chemically Resistant (CR) housing, reliable M18 threaded mounting, and universal electronics with the "P" index. In this configuration, the sensor operates with Break (NC) logic, opening the circuit when feed is detected.
This sensor is designed as a "universal soldier" for the most difficult areas of the farm. The special polymer housing withstands aggressive acids and alkalis, while the advanced SCR functionality (20-280V AC/DC) allows it to be used in any automation system.
Advantages of the "P" Model with CR Housing
- Maximum Chemical Protection (CR). The body is made of a unique plastic alloy that does not react with disinfectants, medicines, or organic acids. This guarantees the sensor won't crack after a year of operation in aggressive environments.

Обрала цю модель через поєднання малого розміру (М18) і захисту від хімії. Ми дозуємо ліки в поїлки, і там пари хлору. Великий датчик туди не вмонтуєш, а звичайний маленький згнив би за тиждень. Цей працює стабільно, не окислюється. Таймер налаштували на мінімум, реагує чітко.

Используем датчики DOL 26 и iDOL 26 для контроля уровня корма в кормушках и бункерах. Очень компактные (всего 18 мм в диаметре), удобно устанавливаются даже в ограниченном пространстве. За счёт прочной конструкции идеально работают в условиях птицефабрики и свинарника. Датчики надёжно защищены от контакта с животными, энергопотребление минимальное. Особенно удобно, что их можно подрезать под нужную длину.

У нас на свинарнику стоїть стара система роздачі, де напруга "гуляє" від 200 до 240 вольт. Цей датчик підключається напряму в розетку (грубо кажучи), йому не треба стабілізовані 24 вольти. А програмована функція P дозволила нам інвертувати сигнал: тепер при поломці датчика система зупиняється, а не сипле корм без упину.

Купили цей датчик, бо у нас агресивна мийка каустичною содою. Звичайний пластик мутніє за місяць, і датчик сліпне. Цей CR-корпус тримається вже пів року, як новий. Плюс таймер 2T тут працює дуже коректно, дає мотору відпочити, навіть якщо рівень рідини коливається під час роботи мішалки.

Нам потрібно було замінити датчик на імпортній установці для дезінфекції. Там стояв якийсь хитрий сенсор, і ми не знали точно схему підключення. Обрали цю програмовану версію з SCR виходом, щоб можна було "погратися" з налаштуваннями на місці. Вгадали — підключили, вибрали потрібний режим, і все запрацювало з першого разу.
