The capacitive sensor DOL 26 CA-P-Ø18-NF-CA-SCR-B-0T is a model of minimalism and hygiene in feed control technology. This unit features a smooth Ø18 mm housing (without external threads) and has fixed factory settings (0T). This design is specifically developed for systems with high sanitary requirements and standardized operating conditions.
The sensor operates on universal voltage 20–280 V (SCR AC/DC) with Break (NC) logic — stopping the feed when full. The absence of adjustment elements and threads makes this device maximally resistant to contamination and personnel errors.

Ми замінювали старий радянський мембранний датчик. Там схема проста: два дроти, 220 вольт. Цей SCR підійшов ідеально по електриці, а логіка NC (нормально замкнений) забезпечила таку ж безпеку: якщо світло пропало або дріт відпав — система стоїть. Просто, надійно і без зайвих переробок.

Встановили на виході з циклону. Там важливо не допустити забивання труб. Якщо циклон стає, датчик має відреагувати миттєво і вимкнути вентилятор подачі. Будь-яка затримка призведе до того, що нам доведеться розбирати пів цеху і чистити труби. Тому тільки 0T, тільки миттєва реакція.

Обрали цей варіант для зручності обслуговування. Коли робиш обхід, дуже легко перевірити справність: піднесла руку — лінія стала, прибрала — поїхала. З моделями, де є таймери, треба стояти і чекати біля кожного датчика по хвилині, щоб зрозуміти, працює він чи ні. Тут діагностика займає секунди.

У нас дуже довга лінія подачі спіральним шнеком. Якщо в кінці поставити датчик із затримкою, то поки він спрацює, пружина встигає напресувати корм так сильно, що потім мотор не може запуститися. Ця модель 0T зупиняє подачу в ту саму секунду, як корм торкнеться датчика. Корм залишається пухким, і запуск проходить легко.
