Description
The DOL 27 sensor is a 30 mm capacitive proximity sensor designed to detect loose and solid materials. The DOL 27 and iDOL 27 sensors are available in SCR, PNP and NPN output versions. The sensors are suitable for use with contactors, relays, PLCs, etc. in the agricultural and industrial sectors, in particular in enterprises for grain level measurement and effective feed level control in poultry houses, pig houses, and cowsheds. SCR output versions are available in 2-wire versions, as well as PNP and NPN in 4-wire versions. The DOL 27 CA-P-M30-NF-CA-PNP-2-2T is a high-performance industrial-grade capacitive sensor in a reinforced M30 threaded housing. Designed for 10-30V DC circuits, this model features a 4-wire PNP output with simultaneous NO and NC logic support.

Ми вибрали DOL 27 через його надійність у складних умовах. Датчик повністю герметичний, миємо обладнання під тиском і нічого не замикає. Виконання Flush дозволило поставити його навіть там, де дуже вузький прохід для корму. Регулювання чутливості плавне, налаштували чітко під нашу суміш.

Взяли цей датчик для бункера-дозатора. Головна причина — він не створює перешкод для руху продукту, оскільки монтується "заподліцо". Вбудований таймер 2T реально рятує двигун від перегріву при частих пусках. Налаштували за пару хвилин, все інтуїтивно зрозуміло.

Для нашої нової системи автоматизації потрібен був саме PNP-сигнал. Модель CA-P-M30-F підійшла ідеально. Подобається, що корпус дуже міцний, випадково пошкодити його при завантаженні зерна нереально. Світлова індикація яскрава, здалеку бачу, чи заповнена воронка.

Шукали варіант для вологого корму, який постійно налипає "бородою" на виступаючі деталі. У цієї моделі DOL 27 поверхня пласка, тому бруду ніде зачепитися, потік корму сам очищає датчик. Працює стабільно в неопалюваному цеху, на холод і конденсат не реагує.

Купили саме М30, бо замінювали старі датчики в силосі, де отвори вже були великого діаметру. Маленькі М18 там просто провалювалися. DOL 27 сів ідеально, затиснули гайками, ніяких щілин немає. Затримку виставили на 10 секунд, тепер шнек працює рівномірно і не смикається кожну мить.
