The DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CR-SCR-B-2T is an intelligent capacitive sensor in a compact M18 body, specifically engineered for precision level control of feed and grain. The standout feature of the 2T modification is the two integrated trimmers, allowing users to adjust both material sensitivity and time delay. This professional solution prevents excessive motor starts during feed level fluctuations, significantly extending the service life of the equipment.
Equipped with a thyristor SCR output and a two-wire connection, this model is perfect for replacing mechanical limit switches without additional wiring. The Break (NC) operating logic ensures the auger stops automatically when feed reaches the sensor. The NF (Non-Flush) design with a protruding head ensures excellent response to light bulk materials, while the CR (Chemical Resistant) housing protects the electronics from ammonia and moisture.
Installation
The DOL 26 2T sensor is installed in an 18 mm diameter mounting hole and secured with nuts. As a Non-Flush (NF) type, it is crucial that the sensing head protrudes into the hopper and does not touch metal side walls. After mechanical installation, two trimmers are adjusted using a small screwdriver: sensitivity (SENS) to filter out dust, and time delay (TIME) to stabilize the system. The two-wire SCR connection requires the sensor to be connected in series with the load (relay or contactor coil).
